Job Brief

We are looking for skilled cooks to join our incredibly talented team in two of our locations and assist with preparing dishes using our standard recipes. The main objective in this position will be to make excellent meals that adhere to the company’s strict guidelines.

You will be responsible for setting up the prep station, stocking the merchandise, and upholding hygienic standards. The ideal applicant will excel in this position in terms of communication and multitasking abilities. Ultimately, your contribution to our restaurant’s expansion and customer pleasure will be crucial.




  • Completion of secondary school is usually required.
  • Other trades certificate or diploma or equivalent experience
  • Cooking and related culinary arts, general
  • Food preparation/professional cooking/kitchen assistant


3 years to less than 5 years


  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas.
  • Train staff in the preparation, cooking and handling of food.
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Organize and manage buffets and banquets.
  • Manage kitchen operations.
